Wheelchairs are available for all physically challenged guests on a first – come, first – serve basis. Feel free to ask for a Wheelchair from the Floor Wardens. Wheelchairs are complimentary for use and available at 2nd Basement Central Lobby

Baby prams are available to all guests with infants and small babies on a first – come, first – serve basis. Feel free to ask for a Baby Pram from the Floor Warden. Pram is complimentary for use and available at 2nd Basement Central Lobby.

Filtered Drinking Water is available at Food Court for Free and in the Center of 2nd Basement Parking. Disposable recyclable plastic glasses are available for drinking water. 

In case of any injury or a medical emergency, please ask for our primary First-Aid services from the floor supervisors. First-Aid is available at the Help Desk located in the Central Atrium at the Mall Main Entrance.

This facility is available on the Third floor near the Ladies Washroom. There is a comfortable room with seating for mothers to feed their babies in complete privacy. Feel free to ask for a Baby Nursing room facility from the floor supervisors. Mineral Water bottles and Baby Wipes/Napkins are available for your convenience. 

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) are available on all Floors in Lift 8 and 9 Lobby and next to the Help Desk on the Food Court. The ATMs accept all Indian and International Cards.

Mall Gift Vouchers is a scheme run exclusively by Z Square. Mall Gift Vouchers can be availed against Bills of the same day on a minimum purchase of Rs.1,000.00 from Ground Floor Help Desk located at Central Atrium (Main Mall Entrance).

Cab on Call service is available at the Help Desk on the Ground Floor at the main entrance.

Driver’s Lounge is for the Drivers to sit back and relax while they wait on their Passengers. They can enjoy the latest Movie, drink filtered drinking water or can buy snacks from the Mall Canteen at very reasonable price.

Free WiFi Service is available to all registered Wallet Members. The Mall is completely WiFi enabled with several WiFi networks. Please collect your Login PIN from the Food Court help desk.

Charging Points are for Mobile charging for all types of brands including Apple and Samsung. They are available on all Floors. Now you never run-out of your phone battery at Z Square.

Automatic Shoe Shiners are available to polish shoes in Second Basement entrance, First Basement lobby, on Ground Floor next to Barista and on Food Court next to the Duty Manager desk.

Z Square Wallet unifies all your activities at Z Square. It empowers every visitor with ONE contactless card and gives access to a complete integrated system with enormous data Freedom.  

Z Square Wallet stores monetary value by which one can dine, pay for parking, get loyalty points, redeem gift coupons and more.  Now, the Mall patrons like you, can experience more freedom and security while shopping, parking, dining and entertaining.

Monthly magazines and daily newspapers are available at this News/Magazines Stand conveniently located in the Central Lobby of the Second Basement.

The Mall has two large Help Desks areas with a dedicated staff and two Help Kiosks dedicated to serve you any time you visit the Mall.  

Contact Help Desk for any query, feedback and suggestions. The Wallet service is only available on the Third Floor (Food Court) Help Desk.

There is a Duty Manager available to assist you whenever you visit the Z Square Mall.  The Duty Manager desk is conveniently located on the Third Floor (Food Court).  Contact the Duty Manager for Events, Promotions and Voucher Redemption.

Touch Screen Information kiosks provide comprehensive information about the Mall, Store Directory, Services in the Mall, Wallet Balance, important phone numbers and more.

In case of any lost article contact Help Desks available at Ground and Third Floor and give your item details. We will contact you if your item is found.

We do have Sewing Kit available at the Ground floor Help Desk for our patrons in case they need to quickly mend something. 

The Public Transport Bus Stop is located between Gate 1 and Gate 2. The Bus service is available for all areas of the city including the Interstate Bus Station from where you can take a Bus to another city. 

The City Auto Service is available most of the hours of the day from Gate 3 and 4. The service is very frequent and you may hire a personal Auto or a Group Auto to share cost. Most of the City Autos are Eco-Friendly and run on battery.

Agency Security Guards are available for your assistance on all floors round the clock. If you feel you need more security, then please ask for Security Escorts.

A promotional Children play area called Children Square for children between the ages of 3 to 9. The Children Square has numerous swings, carts and play stations. There is music and jumping piano with soft flooring to protect young children if they fall.   

Z Square Mall is completely accessible to physically challenged guests. There are ramps and Lifts for Wheelchairs and the Mall itself provides Wheelchairs for those in need.  Washrooms are also completely accessible and have special cabins for such guests. 

Courtesy phones are available to guests who need to call someone. This facility is especially useful for our young guests to call their parents and guardians. Simply go to any Help Desk and ask to make a phone call.

All Z Square Women washrooms are equipped with a Baby Nappy Room cabin. Mothers can use this Baby Nappy Room to attend to their young ones in complete privacy. 

Customer seating is available to all guests on all floors with Airport benches and plush Leather sofas.

Joy Kart is a trolley fitted with a Toy Car and a shopping basket behind it. It is for Parents who have children and are visiting the Mall for shopping. The convenience provided by these Joy Karts is immense as the children enjoy their ride while Parents go about shopping. Please do not take the Joy Karts on escalators.

The Mall regularly organizes events and camps for Children throughout the year. The mission of these Activity Camps is to educate children with any type of Art, Craft or Activity. The Activity Camps have art and craft, painting, singing, dancing, origami, essay writing, poem narration, storytelling, and other such activities.
